Quilt Show!

We had our Penney Days Quilt Show yesterday! It was a load of fun, and everything went very smoothly. The only concern that we had early on was that there wouldn't be enough quilts, but Amy and Deloris emptied their stores to make our room look less sad and more full. We had many quilts entered, each one special. We had a turnout of around 90 to 100 people walk through our display (even one couple all the way from Minnesota!) with no accidents or mishaps, I am pleased to report.

Before I list the winners, I just want to say that there was one tie in the applique category and a few great quilts that were very lovely but just didn't make the cut. All the quilts entered were deserving.
